Method

  1. Prepare the fish fingers in a hot oven as per the instructions found on the pack.
  2. Wash the vegetables and slice the ingredients as instructed. Build your sandwich in layers. Start with a layer of tomato salsa, then salad leaves, sliced tomato and onions.
  3. Lay your freshly cooked fish fingers on top of the salad and top with a generous dollop of tartar sauce. Close your sandwich with a slice of toasted bread.
  4. Slice the sandwich in half with a sharp knife and enjoy!

Tip!

  • Top Tip: Serve with a wedge of lemon or lime.
