Method
- For the Fish Sauce:
Blend Fish Taco Sauce ingredients and season to taste. - Cook the fish as per package instructions.
- Wash the vegetables and the Coriander, cut the Red Pepper into small thin slices, chop the Coriander leaves.
- Place the fish on the washed Lettuce Leaves and drizzle with Fish Taco Sauce.
- Garnish with Red Peppers, Coriander and lime wedge (optional).
